VISA最新廣告「why is that man dancing anywhere？」，
有個男子在新加坡、日本、巴里島、中國、越南、美國，不停的跳跳跳，笨拙的舞蹈，讓人覺得有趣又發笑。
原來這並非只是廣告，而是真有其人……，片中男主角叫Matt Harding，是個美國人，深深覺得「行萬里路，勝讀萬卷書」，幾年前立志要環遊世界各地，並且將他在各地身影，拍成有趣小短片，讓你猜猜他現在在啥地方(Where the Hell is Matt ?)，而他在各地入鏡時，跳著簡單搞笑的舞，令人不自覺地笑了起來，但隨著鏡頭帶過去的一個個陌生土地，不由得驚訝於他怎麼能去數十個國家。而在2005年底時，他甚至在六個月內踏過七大陸、39個國家……
當然…他也跑來台灣過，他在2008年一月時，來看台北101大樓，還有過馬路時的交通號誌「奔跑小綠人」。後來，在他所發布的2008的影片中，果然出現他來台灣跳舞的畫面，畫面中出現燈會的場景，台北燈會果然能吸引外國人來。
Matt今年32歲，2003年2月辭去了電玩遊戲公司的工作，利用存款開始環遊世界，有一天在河內旅遊時，同伴一句玩笑話，讓他到世界各地都做相同的事，不停的跳起他的招牌舞，還有網友戲稱這是白痴舞，後來開始製作了他的第一支影片「Dancing 2005」。
